•            We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, for reasons including but not limited to limited stock, logistical constraints, or payment verification issues.

Pricing

•            Prices of products are subject to change without prior notice.

•            If an item is discontinued, it may no longer appear on the website.

•            All prices displayed on our Site at the time of purchase are final and binding.

 

Delivery & Shipping

•            We ship across most locations in India.

•            Orders are made to order and are generally dispatched within 5-10 business days.

•            Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

•            Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for supported pincodes with an additional fee. Rejecting confirmed COD orders may prevent you from using COD in the future.

•            Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.

 

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

•            Credits and exchanges are accepted on eligible products within 2 calendar days of delivery, in line with our Shipping & Return Policy.

•            Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

•            Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, except in the case of defective or damaged items.

•            We cannot process claims for defective or incorrect products beyond 2 days of delivery.

 

Gift Cards & Store Credit

•            Gift cards and store credits issued by ShopCeeCee are valid only on purchases made at ShopCeeCee.com.

•            Each gift card has a unique code, intended for the recipient only, and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

•            Misuse, unauthorized resale, or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of the gift card or store credit.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShopCeeCee, its affiliates, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claims, demands, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

•            We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier partners, payment gateways, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

•            While we take utmost care in product quality, descriptions, and delivery timelines, we do not guarantee that our Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free.Our maximum liability to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of the order placed by you.
